How pickup works

1. Check out as Guest. No account needed.

2. Your lockbox code arrives in your confirmation email.

3. Find your scooter's number in the lobby you picked, and ride.

Overnight charging and return steps are in your email and on every lockbox.

Questions

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental starts for a 90% refund. Once you have your scooter, the rental is non-refundable.

  • Meeting planners get block rates and onsite staff for large shows. Call 470-357-6130 and we'll recommend the right setup.

  • Yes. Rental scooters are available at special prices. Call us at 470-357-6130 to learn more.
