Every scooter has a number, such as #403. Go to the lobby you selected and find the scooter whose number matches your rental. Your lockbox code is in your confirmation email.

In your confirmation email. Enter the code on your scooter's lockbox, pull down the gray lid and take out the key.

At your pickup location, plug the scooter into the charger, put the key back in the lockbox and scramble the lockbox combination.

Yes. Select all the days you need. Longer rentals cost less per day. Each night, charge the scooter and put the key back in the lockbox.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental begins to receive a 90% refund. Once you have received your scooter, the rental is non-refundable, even if you return it early.
